Maryland favorite, Oddisee drops a new visual, "No Skips"

Hailing from the nation’s capital, Odisee is bringing back lyrical flavor that can be enjoyed by fans young and old alike. Earlier this year, he took advantage of Coronavirus imposed self-isolation to produce a new full length LP entitled Odd Cure. Now, despite this lockdown, the Diamond District emcee is treating fans to an exciting visual for the album's standout track “No Skips.”
Self-producing “No Skips,” Oddisee utilizes a repitched horn sample with electric guitar accents and the filthiest of basslines which he effortlessly attacks with impeccable wordplay. Singer Ralphs Real, assists on the hook, where Oddisee spits “No rewind, look forward with me, I’m on play,” making a statement about both his mindfulness and musical quality.
Coming “live from Bedfrom Stuyvestant, representing Prince George’s County Maryland,” the “No Skips” visual shows Odisee bouncing across the Big Apple green screen style. The video features a nostalgic 1990s flair, complete with grainy, orange-tinted shots and infomercial references.
