If you've been keeping up with new projects in the Soundcloud space, Lil Xelly is a reoccuring name that continues to pop up on multiple people's stream. As he's on a long run of releasing fire content, he ups the ante even more with his melodic driven project, "Forever & Never". Going on the basis of making it love base, Xelly shines in a different light where he strays away from the hype-filled records and synthesizes himself in a softer position. Nevertheless, Xelly still delivers as always and it proves how flexible his music can be.
