The new Houston music scene has been one that’s been growing for the past few months, and it’s some new favorites that’s rising up in the ranks of The Bayou City’s growing influx of talent. One of the folks that’s consistent with his work and getting better with each release is Houston’s own Noie J. The stoned out rapper has been known for his hazy rhymes but he turns up the notch more with his new release, “Leglock”. The Baker Yung produced effort is an infectious banger that you need to play right away. More singles like this will only set up Noie J for more success going into 2019.
