he Houston music scene is infiltrated with many acts who’s been breaking the mold and presenting flavors but it’s hard to find an who has the complexity that Billy Racxx. The artist originally from Orlando has branched into his own enigma and continues to provide a synergy with his listeners that can only come from the ocean that Bill provides. This 11 track project is something that’s scripted, cohesive, and elaborate in the sense of letting people figure out the characters that Racxx presents. It’s obscure to say the least, but for those who listen closely it’s an interpretative body of work that speaks volumes.
